Tunis, – A wave of joy has swept across Tunisia following the release of its citizens who were part of the international “Freedom Flotilla.” The activists had been detained by Israeli forces in international waters. A Turkish aircraft has officially departed the occupied territories, heading toward Istanbul with the released activists from various nationalities on board.
Flight and Release Details The aircraft carried 36 Turkish citizens along with 137 activists from 12 other nations. Tunisia was prominently represented among the participants. The group also included nationals from the United States, UAE, Algeria, Morocco, Libya, Kuwait, Italy, Malaysia, Mauritania, Switzerland, and Jordan, as reported by the Turkish “Anadolu” Agency.
